APPROACH TO PREVENT CANCER

  2. More Water and Lemon = Life.

Screening will NOT and cannot lower the cancer cases. Machines and foundations will not stop cancer from spreading! Screening is just getting people who are already sick with cancer. The solution here now is targeting the people who are NOT sick and teaching them on the way forward so as not to contract cancer. It is senseless to only wait and act on people who are already sick! Prevention is better than cure.

Beth is saying that “there are very many people who are going to India. A friend who has been going to India for the last three years because of cancer told me 50% of people in the cancer clinics in India, are usually Africans especially from: (Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria) e.t.c. Sadly, many don’t make it even after these treatments. This is the bit that we are never being told.

The problem in our country is over consuming wheat in the form of (for example, Chapatti); animal protein and sugar! Wheat has a protein called “gluten” which is the mother of all problems in the immune system.

These 3 products mentioned above also aid and encourage the cancer cells to thrive. They also aid the other degenerative diseases, especially what i call “the 3 sisters-disease”(diabetes, athritis, and high blood pressure). Believe it or not!

One victim went through the cancer ordeal in 2006, and until he realized he is what he eats, that’s when he got healed.

I have seen friends get diagnosis, go through harsh treatments, and eventually die because they only followed conventional medicines. Until and unless we go back to organic foods, fermented foods, wimbi porridge, for example, natural herbs, there’s no end in sight. These are the things that heal me and have continued to embrace them as a way of life, and that’s why cancer has not recurred. Yes, l do agree that Foundations and screenings are good, but we can do better if we teach people on the harmful products that they are consuming every day leading to the degenerative diseases.

Otherwise waiting for people to get sick in order to get them through screening so as to treat them is not logical. Someone is benefiting, and I can tell you point blank, it’s not the sick person!”

Gachora’s plea: seriously, consider cutting the 3 products out of your diet for good, eating whole (natural form) foods whenever possible, and exercising daily. No one must die of cancer except out of carelessness:

  1. The first step is to stop all sugar intake, without sugar in your body, cancer cell would die a natural death
  2. Second step is to blend a whole lemon fruit with a cup of hot water and drink it for about 1-3 months first thing before food and cancer would disappear, research by Maryland College of Medicine says, it’s 1000 times better than chemotherapy!
  3. The third step is to drink 3 spoonful’s of organic coconut oil, morning and night, and cancer would disappear. You can choose any of the two therapies after avoiding sugar. Ignorance is no excuse; I have been sharing this information for over 5 years. Let everyone around you know. God bless.

 

Some Of The Things To Do To Prevent Cancer.

  • Drinking hot lemon water can prevent cancer. Don’t add sugar. Hot lemon water is more beneficial than cold lemon water.
  • Both yellow and purple sweet potatoes have good cancer prevention properties.
  • Hot lemon water can sustain your health and make you live longer!
  • Hot lemon water kills cancer cells.
  • Add hot water to 2-3 slices of lemon. Make it a daily drink.
  • The bitterness in hot lemon water is the best substance to kill cancer cells.
  • Cold lemon water only has vitamin C, no cancer prevention.
  • Hot lemon water can control cancer tumour growth.
  • Clinical tests have proven hot lemon water works.
  • This type of lemon extract treatment will only destroy the malignant cells. It does not affect healthy cells.

 

Things To Avoid

  • Often, taking late night dinner can increase the chance of stomach cancer
  • Never take more than 4 eggs per week
  • Eating chicken backside can cause stomach cancer
  • Never eat fruits after a meal. Fruits should be eaten before meals
  • Don’t take tea during the menstruation period.
  • Take less soya milk, no adding sugar or egg to soya milk.
  • Don’t eat tomatoes with empty stomachs
  • Drink a glass of plain water every morning before food to prevent gallbladder stones
  • No food 3 hrs before bedtime.
  • Drink less liquor or avoid it completely because it can cause diabetes and hypertension.
  • Do not eat toast bread when it is hot from oven or toaster.
  • Do not charge your handphone or any device next to you when you are sleeping.
  • Drink 10 glasses of water a day to prevent bladder cancer
  • Drink more water in the daytime, less at night
  • Don’t drink more than 2 cups of coffee a day, which may cause insomnia and gastric
  • Eat less oily food. It takes 5-7 hrs to digest them, makes you feel tired
  • After 5 pm, eat less.
  • Five types of food/fruits that make you happy: banana, grapefruit, spinach, pumpkin, peach.
  • Sleeping less than 8 hrs a day may deteriorate our brain function. Taking Afternoon rest for half an hour may keep our youthful look.
  • Cooked tomato has better healing properties than the raw tomato.

 

Citric acid and lemon polyphenol inside lemon juice can help reduce high blood pressure, effective prevention of deep vein thrombosis, improve blood circulation, and reduce blood clots.
